Carbon Steel Narrow Strip is a precision-rolled steel product supplied in a wide range of carbon, high-carbon, spring, tool and alloy steel grades. Manufactured to tight dimensional tolerances, our steel strips are available in customized thicknesses, widths, edge conditions, surface finishes and delivery conditions to meet demanding industrial requirements. Depending on the grade and application, strips can be supplied in annealed, cold rolled, hardened and tempered conditions. Our carbon steel narrow strips are suitable for springs, cutting tools, blades, stamping components, automotive parts, mechanical components and other precision applications.

    produced by rotary slitting and features an approximately square edge with the slitting burr intact. It provides an economical and widely used edge condition for carbon steel narrow strip.

  • Square Edge

    features a sharp and well-defined edge profile produced through edge conditioning. It offers a more controlled edge geometry for applications requiring consistent strip performance and dimensional accuracy.

  • Round Edge

    features a fully rounded profile with no sharp corners, providing a smooth and controlled edge for applications requiring improved handling, forming and continuous processing performance.
