Prime Prepainted Steel Sheet and Coil (PPGI/PPGL)

PPGI and PPGL Steel Coil & Sheet are prepainted steel products manufactured by applying protective organic coatings to galvanized or Galvalume steel substrates through a continuous coil coating process. The combination of a metallic protective coating and a durable paint system provides corrosion protection, weather resistance, color stability, and an attractive surface finish.

PPGI (Pre-Painted Galvanized Steel) uses hot-dip galvanized steel as the substrate, while PPGL (Pre-Painted Galvalume Steel) uses aluminum-zinc alloy-coated steel. This allows customers to select the substrate according to their required corrosion resistance, application conditions, and performance requirements.

Available with PE, SMP, HDP, PVDF and other coating systems, PPGI and PPGL can be supplied in a wide range of colors, coating thicknesses, surface finishes, steel grades, and dimensions. They are widely used for roofing, wall cladding, sandwich panels, steel buildings, appliances, HVAC equipment, doors, and other construction and industrial applications.
